Heard parties.  As per the contents of the application, this application is filed for the condonation of delay. As per the contents, Applicant/Complainant is an agriculturist.  Complainant has informed regarding the incidence to the police station, as also, submitted claim proposal with all relevant documents to the Opponent but they have not given any reply. The cause of action is continued. The Applicant relied upon the judgment of Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in First Appeal No. 544/2011 Sumanbai Suryawanshi V/s. Manager, Reliance General Insurance Co.Ltd., as also F.A. No. 527/2011 Laxmibai Salunkhe V/s. ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company and also relied upon the judgment of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Revision Petition No. 820/2007 .

(2)               Considering the facts, the delay is justified. Hence application is allowed and delay is condoned.  Main case is admitted and fixed for written statement.
