          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                    Today, the case was fixed in the National Lok Adalat.  However, learned counsel for the OP has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that cheque of Rs.5,000/-, will be given to the complainant within a week, as per settlement with the complainant.  Complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement given by the learned counsel for the OP and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP and the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
