A petition on behalf of complainant has been filed stating therein that after filing of this complain it transpired that is has been filed wrongly before this commission and as such the complainant begs to withdraw the same and also prayed that the complainant may be allowed to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it before competent court.

Heard the learned council of the petitioner and also gone through the petition. Apparently complainant and opposite party does not resides within the jurisdiction of this commission. As such the petitioner’s application is hereby allowed. And this case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Complaint is also given libenly to file fresh complaint before competent court. Accordingly, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.
