 Dated the 5th day of August, 2011

 

ORDER

            Counsel for OP stated that payment of Rs.85,000/- as full & final settlement of the claim in view of the statement made by him on 28.7.2011, will be made to the complainant within ten days from today.

            In view of this, the OP is directed to make the payment of Rs.85,000/-  to the complainant within a period of 10 days from today, failing which the OP shall be liable to pay interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint i.e. 1.2.2011 till the payment is made. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
