Per Shri P.N. Kashalkar, Hon’ble Presiding Judicial Member

          Heard.  Parties have decided the dispute between them by filing consent terms.  As per consent terms, complainant has accepted a sum of `6,50,000/- by Demand Draft in full and final settlement of her claim from the Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd.  Hence, she does not want to prosecute this appeal further.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

                   -: ORDER :-

1.       Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.

4.       Seal of the file be opened today to keep this final order in the file.
