MONIKA SRIVASTAVA– President

It is noticed that the complainant died in the year 2013 and the application to bring the LRs has not been allowed however the father of the complainant was pursuing the case. It is also noticed that the parties were referred to mediation and the matter stands settled in mediation in the year 2018. Thereafter, for various dates no one has appeared for the complainant and notices were sent to the complainant for appearance for confirmation but no one has appeared to confirm whether this amount has been received or not. Therefore, this complaint is dismissed in default.

File be consigned to record room after providing copy of the order to the party. Order be given dasti.
