Applicant Sh.Sumit Verma has suffered a statement that he has received cheque bearing no.408368 dated 20.02.15 amounting to Rs.2,58,722/-, whereas, in the execution said amount comes to Rs.2,63,700/-. As such, there is difference of amount in paying to him. As such, he withdraws the present execution application reserving his right to file fresh execution to claim the difference of amount, after fresh calculation, till date. Necessary permission may kindly be granted to file fresh execution, if required.
In view of statement suffered by applicant Sh.Sumit Verma, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, applicant is at liberty to file fresh execution application to claim difference of amount, after fresh calculation. File be consigned to record room.
