Shri Satender Ghanghas, Advocate for OPs.

          Ld. counsel for OPs has stated that the matter has been compromised with complainant and the OPs will pay Rs.5,74,000/- to the complainant as full & final settlement within two months.  The complainant has stated that the matter has been comprised with OPs and he further stated that complaint be decided according to statement made by ld. counsel for OPs.  Statement of both the parties recorded separately. 

          Heard.  In view of the statement made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby allowed being compromised.  The OPs are directed to pay Rs. 5,74,000/- to complainant within two months from today. The statements be made part of this order. In case of default, the complainant is entitled to get interest @ 9% per annum on the amount of Rs.5,74,000/- from the date of default till its final realization. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  The file be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
