                        Today learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and withdraws the same, at this stage. Statement to this effect recorded separately.

                        In view of the statement, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules, free of costs.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
