Sh.Sunil Luthra, Adv.counsel for the applicant got recorded his statement that in view of the order dt.18.12.2015 passed by the Hon'ble National Commission, he withdrew the present execution application at this stage with liberty to file a fresh execution application after the decision of the revision petition by the Hon'ble National Commission. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a fresh execution application after the decision of the revision petition by the Hon'ble National Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
