ORDER

 

The parties are present.

The case is taken up for disposal on compromise.

In the present case the complainant is ready to settle the case on receiving Rs. 2, 00000/-.

The OP has submitted that the amount of Rs. 2, 000000/- has already been sent to the complainant in his Bank account bearing S.B. A/C No. 30770110007167 of the U.C.O Bank on 14/09/2021.

 The complainant has received the same.

So, we do not find any impediment to settle the case.

Hence,

                O R D E R E D

                                           that CC Case No. 73/2019 be and the same is disposed  of settlement through  Lok Adalat and CC case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction.

 

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
