Satpal versus Reliance

 

Present:     Complainant with Sh. Rajbir Saini, Advocate.

                Sh.V.K. Garg, Advocate for Op No.1.

                               

                File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant through his counsel. Parties have settled their dispute amicably. Op No.1 has made a statement that they are ready to pay an amount of Rs.3,33,000/- after cancellation of the registeration certificate from the concerned authority within a period of 45 days. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of parties recorded in this context. In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. OP No.1 shall be bound according to the statement given by them. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
