Present:       Shri S.P. Sharma, Advocate for the complainant.

                                                         

                   Today, the case is fixed for consideration. Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical defect and withdraws the present. He also prays that permission may be granted for filing fresh complaint before the appropriate authority. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint. Original documents be returned as per rule. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
