          Parties have settled their dispute amicably. Learned counsel for ops No.1 & 3 are ready to make the payment of Rs. 23000/- to the complainant within one month. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statement of the complainant  as well as learned counsel for Ops No. 1 & 3 recorded. In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
