                                  File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant through his counsel. Parties have settled their dispute amicably. Op has made a statement that they are ready to pay an amount of Rs. 13,500/- within a period of 60 days to the complainant. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of ld.
