Present:       Sh. J.M.Manchanda, Advocate for Complainant.

                   Sh V.K.Garg, Advocate for OP No.1.

                   Sh. Pawan Gupta, Advocate for OP No.3.

                   Sh. Balkar Singh, Official for OP No.4.

                   OP NO.2 ex-parte.

                  Parties have settled their dispute amicably. In view the same, OP No.1 will pay Rs.2,00,000/-(Rs. Two lacs only) within 60 dyas. The Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statements of Id. Counsel for the complainant and Id. Counsel for the Op No.1 recorded in this context. In view of the same, present complaint is disposed off as per compromise. Op No.1 is directed to make whole payment within 60 days, failing which complainant is entitled interest on the amount @9% per annum from the date of order till its realization File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
