                                Kishan Lal Versus Reliance etc.

Present: Sh Vishal Saini, Advocate for Complainant.

              Sh. V.K.Garg, Advocate for Op No.1.

              Op No.2 exparte.

                Learned Counsel for the OP No.1 has made a Statement that he has been compromised for a amount of Rs.4,025/- between the parties and insurance company will pay this amount of 4,025/- with a period of one month otherwise this payment will be paid with interest @12% p.a from today and he do not want to purse the present complaint and withdraw the same. Complainant is satisfied with the same. Statement of Id counsel for the complainant and Op No.1 recorded. In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
