CKD filed power for J.Dr. and a memo with certified copy of the order passsed by the Hon'ble State Commission in Appeal No.2757/2008. It is seen that dispute of the parties is settled there where the J.Dr. is ordered to pay Rs.15,000/- towards the claim of the D.Hr. and further observed that Rs.15,000/- deposited by the J.Dr. in the Hon'ble State Commission be paid to the D.Hr. and Rs.5,000/- transferred to this Forum, on an earlier occasion be paid to the J.Dr. Counsel for the D.Hr. concedes the said fact and agreed to take Rs.15,000/- the amount due under this execution and submitted for recording E.F.S. If the J.Dr. files refund voucher office shall issue refund account payee cheque for Rs.5,000/- to the J.Dr. With this execution petitioin is closed as fully satisfied. NBW is re-called.
