ORDER   Per :- Mr. Deshpande, President                             Place : BANDRA   ORAL ORDER             Today, when the matter was called out, the Complainant was found absent. The Opposite Party was present through its authorized representative. ‘Roznama’ of the proceeding shows that the Complainant has persistently remained absent and she has never turned up after 10/11/2009. It appears that the Complainant is not interested in prosecution of the complaint. Hence, the complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs. Registrar of this Forum is hereby directed to release the amount deposited with this Forum by the Complainant in favour of the Opposite Party after expiry of period stipulated for preferring an appeal.
