                OP-1 exparte vide order dated 15.09.2023.

Sh. Sahil Chaudhary, Area Service Manager, LG Elect. (I) Pvt. Ltd., alongwith Sh. Mohit Sachdeva, counsel for the OPs-2 & 3, counsel for the OPs.

 

                   Today the case is fixed for evidence of the OPs-2 & 3.

                   Sh. Sahil Chaudhary, Area Service Manager, LG Elect. (I) Pvt. Ltd., alongwith Sh. Mohit Sachdeva, counsel for the OPs-2 & 3 have suffered a separate statement that the OPs-2 & 3 are ready to replace the refrigerator of the complainant with a new one of the same specifications, subject to the deposition of the old unit to the service centre by the complainant within thirty days from the date of receipt of the order further. If the model of the refrigerator with same specifications is not available in the stock of the company and complainant wants to get the replacement with the another model, in that eventuality difference shall be paid by the complainant.

                    On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs-2 & 3. So he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
