    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties  to replace the said defective Air conditioner and also to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and Rs.7,500/- as cost of the complaint.
