Opposite parties filed version contending that this complaint cannot be entertained before the Consumer Forum, in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 7687 of 2004 in General Manager, Telecom Vs. M. Krishnan & another dated 01.09.2009. In view of the above, we find this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. In view of this, complaint is dismissed as not maintainable. Complainant is at liberty to approach appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances.
