            This is an execution application filed under Order XXI, Rule 52 and 66 r/w section 151 of C.P.C. to pass an order to attach the movables belonging to the judgment debtor which is available at Ground Floor, No.172, Kamaraj Salai, Saram, Puducherry, as described in the schedule, and to bring for sale of the attached movable property through District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum and also to grant any other order as this Forum may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Today the petition was called.  Both the counsel represented and filed order of the Hon'ble National Commission in Execution Revision Petition No.49/2014 dated 16.02.2015. In view of the Hon'ble National Commission order and endorsement made by the petitioner as not pressing this petition,  this E.P. is closed.
