ORDER

Complainant and opposite party represented.  The issues involved in this complaint relate to telephone dispute.  Complaint is not maintainable before this Forum in view of the law as observed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court holding that a telephone dispute is not cognisable by Consumer Forum as the provision of Sec. 7-B of the Indian Telegraph Act would operate as impediment in resolution of telephone dispute.  Hence complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.  Complainant is at liberty to approach appropriate authority for redressal of grievances if any.
