          The case of the complainant is as follows:

          The complainant had purchased set top box and accessories for an amount of Rs. 2500/- from the  3^rd opposite party(customer  ID 200719895256).  On 12/08/2017 he had taken a one year package for the TV.  But within one month it was damaged.  He had complained before the 3^rd opposite party.  The 3^rd opposite party had not taken any steps for curing the defects.  On 11-10-2017 he registered complaint (Number SR.258724385).  The complainant contacted the opposite parties several times for rectifying the defects.  But all of them was not done anything to rectify the defects.  On 10/10/17 the complainant had purchase new T.V.  There was clear deficiency in service from the side of the opposite parties.  Hence this complaint.

          The notices were served with the opposite parties.  They did appear either in person or through their counsel even after accepting the notice from this forum.

          The complainant filed proof affidavit and documents which are marked as Exts.A1 series and MOs 1 and 2 and he was examined as PW1.

          Heard the complainant.  The case of the complainant is stands unchallenged by the opposite parties even after accepting the notice from this forum.  Hence we have no reasons to disbelieve the sworn proof affidavit and documents and Mos.  The act of the opposite parties amounts to deficiency in service from their part.  Hence the case of the complaint is to be allowed.

          In the result the complaint is allowed as follows:

1. We ordered to pay Rs.2500/- ie the price of the set top box and pay Rs.2500/- as compensation for inconveniences and pay Rs.2500/- as costs of these proceedings to the complainant.  All the opposite parties are jointly and severally liable to compensate the complainant. 
2. If the opposite parties complied order No.1 they are eligible to take back MO1 and MO2 from this Forum within 30 days of receipt of this order.

The order shall be complied with within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.  The order not complied within one month the amount will carry interest @ 10% per annum from the date of order till payment.
