ORDER

Order dated 11.02.2009 ORDER Complainant present. The learned advocate for the opposite party submitted the memo stating that the opposite party in a good gesture has activated the connection of complainant’s mobile phone. This has been done having regard to the fact that the complainant is the customer of the opposite party. The learned advocate for the opposite party also submitted that the opposite party regret to the inconvenience caused to the complainant. The learned advocate submitted that complainant is a honoured and respected customer of the opposite party and the opposite party wants to maintain a very good and cordial relationship with the complainant. Complainant is also present in person. He is law graduate belonging to legal fraternity. We asked the complainant to accept the settlement and he should be magnanimous towards the opposite party for the inconvenience caused to him. Forget and forgive is the best policy. The learned advocate for the opposite party has conveyed regret on behalf of the opposite party. Therefore, the complainant shall not insist for compensation. The matter requires to be closed since the issue has been settled by way of amicable and harmonious settlement. The complaint is closed.
