This consumer complaint is filed on 03/12/2015 and the complainant represented on 05/01/2016 in this case. Thereafter on 28/03/2016 the complainant once appeared before the commission and the complainant had never appeared thereafter. Subsequently on 25/01/2023 the counsel of the complainant appeared before the Commission and submitted that he had relinquished the vakalath of the complainant.

A notice was sent to the complainant on 24/02/2023 the complainant appeared through counsel and filed a withdrawal memo. Hence there is no merit in proceed with the complaint and since the complaint pertain to the year 2015, the Commission unanimously decided to close the complaint as withdrawn and accordingly the complaint is closed as ‘withdrawn’.

Pronounced in the open Commission on this the 15^th day of March, 2023.
