ORDER

The appeal No. 68/2014 of Atul Bhansali, the complainant is allowed and the impugned judgment dated 31-01-2014 of the learned DCF in complaint No. 242/2013 ( Atul Bhansali Vs. Reliance Communications Ltd. & Ors.) is modified to the extent that the Reliance Communications Ltd. ( the Ops)  shall pay to the complainant the entire amount of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) awarded by the learned DCF as  compensation for mental agony. The rest of the relief about refund of security deposit of Rs. 1606.74 ( Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred Six and Seventy Four Paisa Only) with 9% interest w.e.f. 06-12-2012 and Rs. 1500/- ( Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) as cost of Proceedings shall remain as it is in the impugned judgment.
