            Sh.Garry Rana-Assistant Manager Legal handed over to the applicant-complainant draft of Rs.5345/- dated 25.4.2012 bearing No.271222 favouring applicant-complainant drawn on HDFC Bank. Photocopy of draft in question in token of receipt retained on record. The applicant-complainant made statement that he withdraws execution being fully satisfied. Such statement has been recorded on the execution application itself. In view of this, the execution application is dismissed as fully satisfied.
