We have gone through the eitire materials on record and it appears to us that the dispute in question is billing dispute.
In view of the decision of the Hon’ble National Commission passed in R.P. No. 1703/10 and decision of Supreme Court of India passed in AIR 2010(SC) 90 in Civil Appeal No. 7687/2004 decided on 01/09/2009 this Forum has got no jurisdiction to entertain the matter like instant one.
As such the instant complaint stands rejected in the context of the above observations.
Complaint is at liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the same self cause of action.
