                   Notice sent to respondents, through registered post on 25.3.15. No report received. None appeared. There is a presumption, in case notice sent to respondents not received back within a period of 30 days of its dispatch. It is presumed that the same has been delivered. Case called several times. But none has come present on behalf of respondents. As such, respondents are proceeded exparte. Let warrant of recovery against the respondents be sent to District Collector on filing the recoverable amount by the applicant and the present execution application is adjourned sine die for the time being. However, applicant is at liberty to get the present execution application revived, after the execution of the warrant of recovery or as and when the same is so required. File be consigned to record room.
