This is a complaint filed by the complainant under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the second opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- ; and to direct the third opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, deficiency in service etc. towards compensation for deficiency in service and mental agony and for costs of this complaint. 

2.  Notice to opposite parties were duly served.  The Opposite Parties 1, 3 to 5 remained absent and set ex parte.  The learned Counsel appearing for OP2 reported no oral evidence hence, the OP2 side was closed and the matter was posted for appearance of the complainant and for arguments. 

          3. Today this case was called.  Complainant absent.  Counsel absent.  Complainant not present from 7.12.2016 and not taken any steps to give evidence and proceed the matter.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
