The final order dated 29-07-2010 was passed by this Forum on the basis of a memorandum dated 28-07-2010 which was issued by the Judgment Debtor in favour of the Decree Holder. Both the parties agreed to the terms and conditions in the memorandum and the proceedings were closed. Now both the parties stick to their respective contentions of their own in disagreement to the memorandum agreed by them. Since the order has been settled on consensus a further quary there to is unnecessary. We are not to interfere with the matter for want of question. So the proceedings in this E.A. stands deterred.
