                   Sh. Ammish Goel, counsel for the OPs

ORDER

                    Sh. Ammish Goel, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                        “On instructions of my client, the OPs offer to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the complainants in full & final settlement of the dispute towards this complaint This amount will be paid to the complainant within 45 days from today”. 

                        Sh. Ajay Sharma, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -          

                        “I accept the offer of OPs. I withdraw this complaint”.  

                        In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- in full & final settlement of the dispute within 45 days from today, failing which the OPs shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization. Parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum. 

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
