Sarla Saini Vs Reliance Gen Ins etc.

 

Present:      Sh. Neeraj Gautam , Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.V.K.garg,  Advocate for Op No.1

                   OP No.2 ex-parte.

                                                         

          Learned counsel for op no.1 has suffered a statement in which he has stated that matter has been compromised with the complainant and Opno.1 will be bound to give cheque of Rs. 24,100/- to the complainant within a period of 45 days otherwise they will be also be bound to give interest on the said amount after 45 days. Learned Counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Op No.1.  and he has no objection in this regard and that he does not want to further proceed with the present complaint. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, he present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the op no.1 will be bound by the statement of learned counsel for Op no.1, failing  which the complainant will be entitled to interest on the amount of Rs.24,100/- @9 % per annum from the date of filling of complaint till actual realization. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
