          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, he has received a demand draft of Rs.1,60,000/-, bearing No.073476 dated 06.10.2022, in favour of Shri Main Pal.  Now nothing remains due against the OPs.  Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same being compromised. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
