      Today is fixed for hearing of argument. Complainant files a petition today praying for dismissal of the complaint on the ground that the instant complaint case has been amicably settled.

       The Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case as the case has been amicably settled. The materials on record shows that today he files a petition praying for dismissal of the instant case. Such being the position the instant is required to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Hence it is

that the instant complaint case bearing No.CC/76/2021 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution but under the circumstances without costs.

Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand  /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
