Order below Exhibit 1.

1.                  The applicant/Complainant has filed the present complaint against the Opponent claiming different relief including refund of deposit, cost etc. During the pendancy of the complaint, the Complainant has applied before this Forum for adjournment of the complaint by the registered letter received by the Office of the Forum on 12/03/2012 and again this Forum has received the telegram dated 16/04/2012 stating that the Complainant wants to withdraw the complaint before this Forum. In view of the said telegram as the same was not known to this Forum the Registrar of this Forum has issued the letter calling upon the Complainant to remain present before this Forum or file the application in person and verify the content  therein,  so also, Complainant was directed to file a withdrawal application duly affirmed and notarized  and further that in his absence the matter will be posted on the given  date  i.e 15/06/2012.  Meanwhile the office of this Forum was in receipt of the letter on 03/05/2012 duly notarized and signed alongwith covering letter dtd. 23/5/2012.  The matter was ordered to be taken on board on 05/06/2012. However it could not come on board, hence taken on board today holding that the Complainant do not want  to prosecute the case and in view of the notarized application the Complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution.
