Complaint is allowed. O.P. is directed to refund Rs.21,550/- to the complainant by Account Payee Cheque within period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. If O.P. fails to do so, the complainant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from such date till repayment.
