            Smt.Sarabjit Kaur, Jr.Assistant, Office of Regional Transport Authority, Amritsar appeared on behalf of opposite parties No.1 & 2 and stated that amount of Rs.25000/- has been refunded to the complainant.  Sh. Sanjiv Kapoor, complainant appeared alongwith Sh.Vansh Kapoor, Adv.and suffered statement that he has received Rs.12500/- + Rs.12500/-  i.e. total Rs.25000/- as refund of fancy number from the opposite parties and further stated that since his grievance has been redressed, hence, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraw the same. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
