This order will dispose of application filed by the applicant for putting up the case file bearing No.3 of 2024 titled as Kulwant Singh Versus Regional Transport Authority. On this application which is moved by Sh.Munish Kohli Adv. today which is without date that complaint is pending before this Commission but next date of hearing is not given. It is further pleaded that he does not want to proceed with this complaint and prayed for taking up the file today for the purpose of withdrawing the case. Application was allowed by lady member Mrs.Mandeep Kaur under rules to put up the file. As per the report of the ahlmed of this Commission Sh.Vikram, it is stated that this file has not been deposited with him as per the record. Report from the bill clerk Sh.Sanjeev Kumar to whom this file was entrusted was  also sought and it is reported by him that complaint file has been sent to the Hon’ble State Commission and is not lying with him. Under these circumstances, since complaint  bearing No.3 of 2024 has already been sent to the Hon’ble State Commission for proper order, hence, no cognizance on this application can be taken. Present Misc.application has become infructuous. Hence, same is hereby dismissed. Let this Misc.application be consigned to the record room.
