Today is fixed for filing W/V by the O.P. but at this stage the Complainant himself namely Madhusudan Saha, S/o late Santosh Kumar Saha, residing at Siddheswari Kalitala Road, Manirampur, Barrackpore, P.O. & P.S. Barrackpore, Kolkata – 700120 has appeared before this Commission and submitted in so many words that he has already got the amount claimed by him in his petition of complaint. The O.P. members have paid the amount of Rs. 45,000/- to the Complainant. Hence, when the Complainant is satisfied and is not willing to proceed with the case furthermore, then this Commission has no predicament to permit the Complainant to withdraw his case. The Complainant has filed a photocopy of Driving Licence bearing Driving Licence No. WB23 19930071138 as his identity proof. Let the same be kept with the record along with permission for withdrawal of the case. Contd.
