Complainant is found present and ready through ld. Lawyer.

Heard and considered submission of ld. Advocate of the complainant.

In course of hearing ld. Advocate for the complainant not pressed the complaint petition. Moreso, there is no relationship in between the complainant  and op as consumer. The relationship which is existing in between the complainant and op is nothing but “employer and employee”.

Considering all these aspects this District Commission is of the view that this complaint case cannot be admitted. So, let the petition of complaint  be returned to the complainant with direction to file the same before the appropriate Forum.

No order is passed as to costs.
