Both parties present.  Talk held.  Opposite party agreed to settle the case by providing 2 more years extended warrantee from the date of expiry of the original warrantee of 2 years and shall not realize any charge for the repair work if any within the warrantee and extended warrantee period on condition that the complainant shall subject his motor cycle for regular service as per the warrantee terms and shall subject the vehicle for next service within 3 days.  File closed.
