Complainant absent. On a perusal of the complaint it is seen that no part of the cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum. Moreover the opposite party is also at Chennai.

Hence we find that this Forum lacks territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed with liberty to the complainant to file the same before appropriate Forum for reliefs if any.
