ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to replace the defective T.V. purchased from the opposite party by a new T.V. or to refund a cost of T.V Rs.32,600/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards the mental agony and deficiency in service and to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

        The complainant is appeared in person and admitted the withdrawn letter sent to the opposite parties.  Also he made endorsement for withdrawn the complaint in the Memo filed before this forum.  Hence as per the endorsement made by the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
