ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received demand draft for an amount of Rs.27,000/-, bearing No.003588 dated 27.05.2024 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in his favour from OPs through their counsel Sh.B.S.Walia, Advocate, in full and final settlement in the present case, hence, he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. He has also prayed that the miscellaneous application No.21 of 2024 filed by him be also dismissed as withdrawn.

     In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The miscellaneous application No.21 of 2024 filed by complainant also stands dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
