ORDER

Present complaint has been filed against the OP alleging deficiency from the part of the OP more particularly by the OP no-3 through not delivering the power tiller despite payment of the cost of the same.

From a ware glance of the indorsement made by the complainant on the back page of the quotation of th OP no-3, it appears that the complaint as himself written to the OP no-1 and 2 to transfer the consideration amount of the puchased power tiller to the OP no-3 through NEFT on dated 08.02.2018.

As such the submission of the complainant that the purchased power tiller on being a financed by the OP no-1 and 2 is not all convincing to a reasonable a pleasant mind. Hence, the complaint is dismissed.
