This revision petition, by the complainant, petitioner herein, is directed against order dated 29.04.2014, whereby his transfer application has been allowed and the complaint has been directed to be transferred from District Forum-III, Hyderabad to District Forum-II, Hyderabad.  As a matter of fact, the counsel for the opposite parties, respondents herein, had stated before the State Commission that he had no objection to the transfer of the complaint.  In view of the said no objection, the State Commission has allowed the transfer application, without going into other aspects, raised in the complaint or in the transfer application.

          Having perused the transfer application, which has been placed at page-24 of the revision petition, we are unable to persuade ourselves to agree with the submission of the complainant, who has argued his case in person, that he does not expect justice even from the Forum where the complaint has now been transferred.  We are, therefore, not inclined to direct transfer of the complaint to Ranga Reddy District Forum.

We do not find any infirmity in the impugned order, warranting our interference.  The revision petition is dismissed accordingly.
