Anoop Kumar Versus Regional Director, Employees State Insurance Corpn. & ors.

Present:- DH in Person.

Sh.Arun Kumar, Clerk on behalf of the ESI/JD.

Today, Statement of Sh.Anoop Kumar, DH in Person recorded that he has received a Bankers Cheque bearing No.090298 dated 26.12.2022 for Rs.1,77,829/- drawn on State Bank of India, drawn on in his favour as full and final payment from the JD/ESI Hospital. As such, he does not want to proceed further with present execution and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied qua ESI. He is also yet to receive amount, deposited by Dr.Reema Gogia before the Hon'ble State Commission.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the DH in Person, the present execution is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied qua Medical Supdt.ESI. File be consigned to the record room.
